IP Network Engineer

Based in Reading, a global ITC solutions provider is recruiting for an IP Production Manager, otherwise known as IP solutions architect, IP network engineer or IP solutions engineer.

This role is part of the business's growth strategy requiring an individual with a deep understanding of the IP Ethernet and IP enterprise industry, who can guide market developing strategy to promote solutions in UK enterprise market.

Alongside the technical know-how this role would suit an individual that enjoys the softer skills where you are able to establish and maintain relationships, lead projects and meet & present to client's middle to senior level staff directly.

We are looking for an individual that can demonstrate

• Good understanding of IP networking technologies, e.g. routing protocols, MPLS, VPLS, IP VPN, etc.
• Good understanding of metro Ethernet or IP backbone networking
• Strong market and solution knowledge with sales oriented mind-set
• Strong communication skills and good customer meeting techniques.
• CCIE would be a plus
