IP Design/Operations Engineer - Contract - Dublin - ASAP

Project People are currently working with a Global Telecommunications Company based in Dublin that are recruiting for an IP Engineer for a 12 month contract.

The IP Design Engineer will work in a wide-ranging, project-focused position, encompassing requirements analysis; solution development; detailed network design, implementation, operations and optimisation.

Required certification level

• CCNP certification or equivalent
• CCIE certification or equivalent a bonus

Required Telco experience:

• Practical experience of common routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF and ISIS in a managed network environment
• Familiarity with MPLS technologies (both Layer 2 and Layer 3 VPN)
• Multi-vendor experience is a bonus (Cisco, Juniper, FortiNet and F5)
• LAN and WiFi technology experience a bonus
