INTERNAL COMMS SPECILAIST - MAIDENHEAD

6 MONTH CONTRACT

We`re looking for someone who understands business initiatives and priorities that need to be communicated to our people. Develop engaging campaigns, planning and writing communications for all audiences using a variety of channels for communicating. This will include everything from creating communications plans, creative campaigns and identity, working the stakeholders from across the business and using a mix of communications channels to reach our people in a number of ways - helping to connect our people to each other.

• Ideally from a telco/large FMCG background who can translate technical jargon into easy to understand language.
• Worked within a People Team - Engagement with 8 other Internal Comms Specialists.
• Have an understanding of Digital Tools (MS Teams) & Social Media
• Responsibility for comms business-wide (although primarily on a consumer marketing - pricing/ propositions/ trading) as well as Retail Roadshows, internal recognition awards etc.
