Job Description

What you will do:
Ensure that strategic and BAU activities across the Property Department are managed and delivered appropriately. Translating the wider team vision and roadmap for their areas of the business.
Be responsible for supporting the Head of Property to translate business initiatives into a vision for the team and to identify, develop and deliver the roadmap for the Infrastructure Asset Management Team and link this to deliver long term and short term strategy and objectives.
The Infrastructure Asset Management Team will work collaboratively to gather and understand their customer needs and needs of the business (internally and externally). And socialise and gain commitment from their suppliers (internally and externally) and set stretching SLA's.
The Infrastructure Asset Manager is responsible for constructively challenging the Infrastructure Asset Management Team, the wider Property leadership team and wider business to ensure we create a positive working environment with focus on people, execution and customers.
The successful Infrastructure Asset Manager will have:
- Project and contract management experience
- Ability to communicate on many levels
- Experience and skills in managing teams
- An interest in external market factors and industry developments
- Experience and knowledge of telecoms acquisition, design, build and decommissioning activities and projects.
