HR Transformation People Services Lead
6 month contract
Berkshire
This leading telecoms company are going through an exciting period of change and are seeking an experienced HR Transformation People Services Lead.
You will be supporting the Head of Transformation People Services and consulting with the business on strategic initiatives or chapter goals as well as understanding business outcomes and the impacts impacts as a result and define the people outcomes the wider team will be required to deliver against.
You must have:
- Strong HR Generalist experience
- Strong background with organisational change
- Prior transformation experience at Senior level
- Strong stakeholder management experience at 'Head of' level
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity
- Must have worked within a large organisation
