People Support Advisor

We are looking for a People Support Advisor to join our client's Head Office team where you'll be working with one of the world's leading Mobile brands.

You'll be a key part of an agile team working closely with the HR Team, administrators & the wider business. Our client is looking for someone to take on responsibility for all administrative tasks across the business and provide support with ad hoc project work, in order to enable the effective delivery of business outcomes.

The Role:

  • Advise on people policies and processes, for example family friendly, absence, new starters, right to work, reward and benefits
  • Subject Matter expert on key employee life cycle processes
  • Management of a shared mailbox, responding to queries from employees, other company support functions and external organisations
  • Encourage self-service around the various policies, processes, FAQ's, and support guides via company intranet pages
  • High volume administrative support, working with team to meet deadlines
  • Input data accurately and promptly across numerous people systems ensuring compliance with data protection
  • Supporting with reporting requests
  • Project support as required, responding quickly and effectively to requests from others

Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to communicate at various levels across the organisation providing a great customer service
  • Strong team working skills focusing on sharing best practice and supporting colleagues
  • Accuracy and high attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel
  • Experience of working & advising in an HR environment
  • CIPD qualification or related qualification
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Drive and self-motivation
  • Competent administration skills
  • Experience of using Oracle or similar HR system
  • Previous advisory experience
