Candidates require experience in either a Helpdesk or Technical Support role within a telecoms/mobile, Broadband or Fixed Line environment. This position provides a great opportunity to be a Faultline Support Specialist which is pivotal in ensuring the best level of support for technical issues as well as driving improvement to the overall service. This role sits within a technical support function working along-side a set of technically diverse Engineers and drive operational processes aligned to delivering the best experience.
You will gain exposure to different technologies across various platforms which enable the delivery of services. The role provides an opportunity to really make a positive difference in customer experience, which is a key business commitment. It requires collaboration with various stakeholders within and external, who will actively seek your understanding and support in driving business performance.
The type of experience and person we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a Helpdesk or Technical Support/Fault finding role working within a telecoms or Broadband company.
- Excellent communications skills, with the ability to interface between technical and non-technical elements, relaying information appropriately.
- Passion and commitment to customer service excellence and consistently demonstrates accountability for outcomes.
- Analytical with exceptional attention to detail; is proactive and open to change; collaborates well and delivers.
