Job Description

Working for a major retail/consumer brand, we have a fantastic new opportunity available in Glasgow, as Head of Planning & Delivery for their online & contact centre functions.

This is a high profile position, with a reporting line to senior level within the business.We are looking for experienced, professionals within the skills area of contact/call centre/customer service hubs, who can demonstrate good knowledge of multi-channel environments and a positive customer service driven attitude.

You will have responsibility for the strategy, development and on-going delivery for the function, as well as governance and risk for both channels, resourcing / channel interactions routing. Also ownership of the Online and Contact Centres OPEX budgets, working collaboratively with finance and your peers to manage this effectively.

You will be an experienced, commercially savvy people leader with a background in planning, who inspires and develops their team to breakthrough levels of performance.

Required
* Experience of leading people (team size of at least 8)
* Experience of leading a channel planning function
* Exceptional commercial acumen
* Exceptional people management skills
* Exceptional planning and prioritisation skills
* Experience of managing board level stakeholders
