Head of Planning & Delivery (Online & Customer Contact Centres)

6 Month Initial Contract

Glasgow City Centre

Head of Planning & Delivery - this is a key role in helping my client achieve their growth in both customer contact centres and Customer Online channels. Reporting into Director level you will take responsibility in delivering their growth ambitions, we require someone who can operate in the detail (on the ground, workforce planning) as well as take a more strategic view. You will own the governance and risk for both channels, resourcing / channel interactions routing as well as ownership of the Online and Contact Centres OPEX budgets.

This is an initial 6 month contract position working for a leading Mobile Telecoms company based in the centre of Glasgow.

We are looking for an experienced, commercially savvy people leader with a background in planning, someone who can inspire and develop their teams to achieve high levels of performance.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience of leading people / teams (team size of at least 8)
  • Experience of leading a channel planning function - Online and Customer Contact
  • Exceptional commercial acumen
  • Exceptional people management skills
  • Experience of managing board level stakeholders
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills
  • Operational management experience, including budgeting
