We are working alongside a Market Leading Telecommunications organisation in Berkshire to recruit a Head of Performance Marketing who will have responsibility for ensuring traffic and margin budgets are met. As a Head of Performance Marketing you will be setting budgets and targets which will result in delivery of business objectives.
To ensure the deliverables are achieved you will oversee the analysis of performance against target and provide recommendations for improvements. You will lead a cross-functional team through delivery and validate all channel performance initiatives.
As a Head of Performance Marketing you will ensure budgets are met by:
- Setting KPI's
- Monitoring campaigns
- Reviewing performance of all channels
- Recommend OPEX spend
The role of Head of Performance Marketing will also involve:
- Managing and influencing stakeholders - Ensuring spend is at its most effective
- Ensuring direct reports provide accurate analytics and dashboards
- Provision of in depth analysis and insights in to spend / channel performance
