The Head of Data Quality is a key leadership role within our organisation and reports directly to a Senior Management Team Director.

We are looking for the Head of Data Quality & Governance to lead, proactively manage and assure Data Quality on behalf of the Senior Management Team (SMT), deliver the Data Vision and achieve agreed business outcomes and performance targets.

To establish, own and continuously improve the strategies, systems, processes, controls and capabilities required to manage and assure Data Quality, communications and governance control points.

To ensure that the completeness, accuracy, availability and quality of data is fit for purpose to meet the customer experience, service and delivery requirements.

The successful Head of Data Quality & Governance will have:

  • Expert knowledge of developing and using the strategies, systems, processes, controls and capabilities required to manage Data Quality.
  • Significant experience of delivering Data Quality initiatives and the business transformation required to achieve and maintain them.
  • Strong quality culture background in a large cross-functional organisation.
  • Experience of managing remotely located, cross-functional teams.
  • A proven track record of bringing industry best practice into an organisation and using this to drive continuous improvement.
