Head of Customer Service Design

12 months FTC

Berkshire

This leading telecoms company are seeking a Head of Customer Service Design to join their team in Berkshire.

They are looking for someone who can continue to develop the customer solution designs and plan the deployment of these across all customer touch points e.g. retail stores, contact centres, direct comms etc. This is all supporting the overall experience for customers.

  • Must have previous experience in a similar role. Telecoms is an advantage
  • Will have past experience of Go-to-Market planning
  • Have experience of leading customer experience or customer service designers
  • Have previously managed teams
