Head of Channel Partnerships - Indirect - Mobile Telecoms - 3 months+ - Berkshire


The Indirect Planning Lead is responsible for production of the medium to long term channel execution strategy for the Indirect Channel.

The role identifies growth opportunities, key partners to work with and areas of key focus for the Indirect channel. This leads into the production and ownership of the channel roadmap to ensure initiatives are prioritised and seen through to delivery. The roadmap activity plan aims to deliver the channel contribution to the 5 year growth plan and looks at high impact opportunities for customer acquisition and margin growth across all lines of businesses and products.

The Indirect Planning Lead reports and takes direction from the Director of Contact Centre and Indirect and works closely with the strategy, trading, channel operations and commercial performance team. The key partner for this role is the Head of Partner Management - Indirect who is responsible for the execution of the roadmap of initiatives owned by the Indirect Planning Lead.

This role does not have any direct reports.


Experience working in a role developing indirect channels/partnerships within telecoms/electronics as described above

Electrical product or telecoms industry background

Experience in developing strong partners - planning, building the commercial framework
