Job Description

Project People are supporting a multi-academy trust based in Hertfordshire who are urgently seeking to appoint an experienced Geography specialist from September 2019.

Interviews will take place by Friday 25th May 2019

Salary range: MPS - UPS

The successful person will be an experienced classroom practitioner with a passion for teaching Geography. You will have a proven track record in raising achievement and making a positive impact with students outcomes up to Key Stage 4. You must have a positive and can do attitude with fellow colleagues and students alike, coupled with the belief that every student has the right to fulfil their potential.

The school benefits from a fantastic range of facilities. The majority of lessons take place in a new teaching block, which includes new Science, ICT and Technology facilities. The student body plays an influential role in shaping the future of the school and through the Student Executive and Community Captains, students have a voice in all decisions in the school from the appointment of staff to development of facilities.
