Radio Planning Engineer/Funknetzplaner (m/f) - Hanover, Berlin, Dresden and Munich
I am currently recruiting for a Radio Planning Engineer/ Funknetzplaner (m/f) to join a mobile telecommunications company on a 3 month rolling contract in Hanover, Berlin, Dresden or Munich.
The ideal candidate would have the following skills:
  • Experience in 2G/3G/4G Site Radio Planning (Coverage, Frequency, RF Algorithm & Parameter)
  • Excellent working knowledge with VDF tools (PPLUS, VOSIMA, ATOLL, STOV, STOB, PREHCM, SAPERION)
  • Experience with VDF Germany radio network planning
  • Experience in RAN Network Performance KPI's
  • Excellent knowledge of Network Planning processes
  • Excellent knowledge of RF elements (passive and active)
  • Experience with Huawei projects
  • Experience with Vodafone Germany projects
  • Management skills
  • Management Reporting and Presentation skills
  • Experience working in or with virtual teams is preferred (local, international)
