Functional Analyst

Mission:

The client has started a project to develop a SmartCity platform. This can be summarized in "A single platform that brings together useful and necessary information and functionalities for accessing data and services in the Brussels Region". Its aim is to simplify access to data and services in the Brussels Region by providing a single point of access for anyone wishing to use them. It is intended for all users interested in data and services, whether they are citizens, civil servants, developers or data specialists.

This mission order concerns the initial phase of the project (phase 0) which aims to prepare for the following phases by:

• Setting up the governance structure;
• Drafting detailed functional analysis of subsequent phases;
• Writing the technical analysis of the subsequent phases;
• Validating the first technical concepts to implement.

Senior Functional Analyst with proven experience in the following skill areas:
Expertise:
o UML;
o Enterprise Architect or Zachmann or TOGAF or ...
Notions:
o API, Web Services;
o Metadata;
o OpenData, SmartCity, ....
