Exciting new opportunity for an experienced coordinator with a background in telecommunications to join a mobile telecommunications company on a 3 month initial contract in the Hannover region (Germany).

Job description:

• Meetings with Partner and customer on process defined meetings and escalations
• Partner engagement to make sure partner are delivering accordingly, by weekly meetings
• Monitoring status Milestones in customer databases
• Deliver on time and quality, by tracking all milestones and synchronising the reporting with defined partner and customers
• Coordination and execution of the work towards defined partners
• Internal alignment with all client departments involved
• Process delivery according to WLA , Process Flow and KPIs

Skills required:

• TTWOS (Remedy BMC) very good tool knowledge, experience in ticketing process
• Saperion (archiving post-incident documentation), good knowledge of archiving tool
• PPLUS (data base with Mile Stones, dates), good knowledge of archiving tool
• MS Office practical knowledge, Excel reporting, formulas
• good written and spoken German language skills
