Job Description
Finance Analyst (CAPEX)
6 Month initial contract
Reading
We are currently recruiting for a qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA or equiv) or QBE, Finance Analyst with CAPEX / fixed assets reporting experience. This is a 6 month initial contract working for a growing company in Reading.
As Finance Analyst you will be responsible for providing end to end accounting and business partnering for all CAPEX, month end accounting (for CAPEX), reporting and analysis, budgeting and re-forecasting.
You will take ownership of the reporting & analysis of specific CAPEX programs to identify appropriate analysis including variance analysis, calculation of key metrics and non-financial measures to ensure a deep understanding of the performance in the month. You will also have responsibility for the annual budget, re-forecasting for CAPEX and managing the fixed asset register.
Requirements:
- Financial accounting experience
- Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equiv) or QBE
- Ability to understand and interpret complex data sets
- Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
- Advanced Excel
- CAPEX accounting
- Maintaining Fixed Asset register
