Finance Analyst -CAPEX

A Finance Analyst - CAPEX is required by a pioneering Mobile Telecoms organisation.

The Finance Analyst will provide end to end accounting and business partnering for all CAPEX on an assigned programme. This includes month end accounting responsibilities for network CAPEX managed by the business, reporting and analysts of cost, business partnering to acquisition and estates / legal teams and also budgeting and reforecasting.

Using Agresso, the Finance Analyst will produce actual CAPEX results on a monthly basis in line with month end schedules. This will entail analysis & collation of large & complex data sets from several source systems to calculate report costs.

The Finance Analyst - CAPEX will take ownership of the reporting and analysts of specific CAPEX programmes to identify appropriate analysis including variance analysis, calculation of key metrics and non-financial measures to ensure a deep understanding of the performance in the month. In addition to providing key business partnering service to key stakeholders to provide insight into the financial effects of their decisions and allow the site roll-outs to be maximized at minimum cost.

Candidates will be a qualified Accountant who has ideally worked within a mobile telecoms or similar environment.

You will have hands on experience in understanding and interpreting complex data sets and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in process improvement, re-budgeting & re-forecasting. You will be a clear communicator with strong business partnering skills.
