Final Programme Lead

Final Account Programme Lead. Leicestershire. Permanent position.

Constuction group requires a Final Account programme Lead to join the existing team to work on telecoms projects.

Key Responsibilities

• To manage and report on the progress of the Legacy Final Account team
• To report on the progress from both a volume and margin perspective
• To drive completion of the programme within the required timescales
• To liaise with Build and the handover team to help drive the programme
• To update Mobitrak with progress and ensure data integrity of projects during close out
• To check and close off long outstanding WIP reporting to the Managing Surveyor
• To chase down purchase orders and information required to close out aged projects
• To manage the Legacy Final Account team

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience from within the Construction Industry preferably mobile telecoms desired
• Experience of MS Office / word processing packages including MS Outlook and MS Word
• High degree of experience in MS Excel (advanced level preferred)
• Experience of IT based document storage systems and databases desired
