Field Operations Supervisor

Contract - 6 months

Location: Leeds/Wakefield/Sheffield area

We are seeking an experience Field Supervisor to join this leading telecoms company to cover the geographical area of Leeds/Sheffield/Wakefield.

This role involves the management of day to day project delivery including safety, quality, street works, supplier performance and improvement whilst driving a 'safety first' & 'right first time' culture across the field operations.

• Manage and lead FTE field supervisors responsible for ongoing civil's and cabling contracts
• Ensure accidents and incidents, quality failures and service deterioration trends are investigated and the correct action is taken
• Budget management
• Stakeholder management
• Carry out regular audits of staff performance
• Work closely with the Project Manager

You will have previous experience in a similar role and an excellent knowledge or fixed line telecoms networks & civil projects experience. Must have previous management experience.
