Field Dispatch Adviser/ Project Coordinator. Newbury. 6 Months

Field dispatch adviser required to work on a contract basis onsite in Newbury. The purpose of the role & exception is to manage all tasks that do not auto-schedule via the Click Workforce management tool, managing both Provide and Assure processes. The role would also cover Fixed Networks activity, OneNet & OLO Access.
The role will also require management of Field Engineers' availability rotas in the designated operating unit.

Experience working in similar role and Click Workforce management tool is essential.

8 hour shifts working between 8am and 6pm
