Job Description

Executive Assistant required ASAP!!

Based in Dublin city centre

Temp position to start on Tuesday 7th August for 4 days, may continue into the following week.

We are looking for a proactive and comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer. The EA will be responsible for maintaining an in-depth understanding of a dynamic environment to understand business and stakeholder requirement, and make decisions on this basis that will be in the interest of the Chief Commercial Officer.

The role will operate as an ambassador for the Chief Commercial Officer. A strong ability to network both within the department and across the business is essential.

Act as key interface with third parties on behalf of the Chief Commercial Officer, arranging visits to the office. Ensuring that visitors are greeted in a timely fashion and that agenda and itineraries for visits / meetings are provided and well managed.

What else it involves

  • Responsibility for managing the Chief Commercial Officer`s diary to an agreed plan and using initiative to proactively manage their time
  • Fulfil all administrative activities as required including all incoming and outgoing correspondence, producing minutes, purchase orders, expenses, event management, typing, filing, telephone calls and updating the vacation database
  • Preparation of reports and presentations to a high standard
  • Arrange travel requirements, accommodation, meetings and events for the Business Director and wider department
  • Liaising with other department EAs
