This leading global telecommunications company, who are going through an exciting period of change, are seeking an experienced ER Specialist to join their team in Berkshire.

The role will include general day to day HR/ER duties such as sickness absence, performance management, disciplinary, redundancy, grievance etc.

You will be available at short notice and have previous experience within a similar role with an in-depth understanding of ER Case law as you will be managing a variety of different employee relation cases from start to finish. Experience within a transformation environment is an advantage.
