ER Specialist- Organisational Change

I am recruiting for an ER Specialist for a 6 month contract role with a leading telecoms company in the Berkshire area. We are looking for candidates who can be available within 1-2 weeks notice to work on an organisational change programme.

As the ER specialist you will be in a hands on role leading managers through ER processes and work closely with the HRBP to ensure the delivery of key milestones are met. You will be supporting on an organisational change project so experience in this area is desired alongside performing ER case management.

We are looking for someone who has proven experience in an ER role and/ or HR operational experience in a fast paced environment. You will have demonstrable experience of dealing with people and business driven ER issues.
