Entry-Level 'Trainee Mobile Telecoms Field Engineer' Opportunities

Permanent - Norwich, Cambridge area

We have a new permanent position working for a leading Mobile Telecoms company as a Trainee Mobile Telecoms Field Engineer. This exciting opportunity is an entry level position, you will be given full training (over the first 3 months), including RF Awareness, working at heights, tower climbing and tower rescue etc.

**Please note, applicants must be in good health, a full medical will be required before an offer is made. Applicants must also be able to climb towers and not have a fear of heights.**

A full clean driving licence is mandatory.

We are looking for candidates with an interest in Mobile Telecoms engineering. These positions would suit a graduate with either a degree in telecommunications or engineering (or equivalent) or a BTEC in Engineering, Telecoms, Electronics or similar, or vocational training. These positions would also suit ex-army or military personnel looking to move into telecommunications.

Starting salary on offer, plus full training, medical and certifications, on call and overtime rates paid (after training), company van and fuel allowance.

Your role as Mobile Telecoms Field Engineer will be to quickly and efficiently resolve faults on the mobile network and provide routine maintenance, installations and commissioning work. You will be required to work shifts and there will be on-call and over time allowances. You will be accountable for your own health & safety and routine inspections will take place.
