Employee Relations / HR Coordinator / Support

6 Month Contract


I am looking for an ER/HR Coordinator with experience supporting People projects (people and business change) across large scale, fast paced commercial environments. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity working for an innovative and forward thinking communications company.

This position would suit someone with experience working within ER/HR, who has been involved in supporting large scale transformations. You will need to have experience in scheduling interviews, producing supporting documentation / letters, note taking in meetings, and experience using Excel to create dashboards to track information.

This is a supporting role, and so we are looking for someone who is confident liaising with all levels across the business, independent, highly organised, strong coordination skills and confident working in fast paced environments with multiple priorities.
