Exciting new opportunity for a senior level Director of Business Readiness to support a leading mobile telecommunications company in Maidenhead through a period of extensive transformation.

The successful candidate will have a mobile telecommunications background and a history of delivering complex change management programs, ideally greenfield technology introductions, across an organisation or new business unit establishment.

As Director of Business Readiness you would be in charge of:

• The delivery of the design and delivery of a series of organisation wide operating model changes
• The integration of a series of business and technology programs to ensure delivery of critical path items to ensure the programs deliver as required
• Establishing and managing a change team to ensure the business is trained, enabled and supporting of the transformation
• The readiness program budget
