I am recruiting for an exciting new position within a leading Mobile Telecoms company for a certified Scrum Master. As Digital Scrum Master you will be responsible for working on a priority project delivering front end changes to their Mobile (Android/IOS) APP.

As Scrum Master you will be responsible for leading your scrum team's understanding and adoption of scrum and be an advocate for the Digital teams way of working to the wider business and act as a shield for the team to enable them to continue with their work. You will have the opportunity to work with highly motivated individuals and together work to improve the customer experience across all digital platforms.

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced Digital Scrum Master who has experience working inside an app delivery team
• Experience of large scrum teams (10+)
• Experience of dealing with third party developers - who will feed the front end team with code
• Proven delivery experience within a complex IT environment with significant volume of change
• Thorough understanding of iterative development, incremental delivery and software development processes and lifecycle
• Previous digital experience within an organisation or agency
• Must be confident and have excellent stakeholder management experience
