Digital Scrum Master - We are currently recruiting for a Certified Scrum Master to join a fast paced, collaborative digital team with a focus on innovation and customer experience! This is an initial 6 month contract working for a leading Telecoms company in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

As Digital Scrum Master you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through multiple iterative deliveries and working with the scrum team to deliver the business outcomes. This is a highly delivery focused and collaborative role and we are looking for a certified Scrum Master who is confident, has strong stakeholder management skills, proactive and who can foster collaborative ways of working and empower teams!

This is not a technical position and we require a certified Scrum Master who has a passion for digital who can embrace a fast paced and customer driven / insight-led environment!

Skills & Experiences Required:

• Certified Scrum Master
• Strong proven background in leading Scrum teams, working as a Scrum Master
• Experience of applying different delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Waterfall)
• Proven delivery experience within a complex IT environment with significant volume of change
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects/deliveries simultaneously
• Proven ability to lead and coach
• Highly customer-focused approach
• Demonstrable focus on delivering brilliant customer experiences
• Digital savviness and past experience operating in a digital organisation
• Highly proactive
• Able to bring people together to solve problems
