ITIL Service Management - Change & Incident & 3rd party management for eCommerce Platforms
We have an immediate requirement for an experienced eCommerce Platform Service Management contractor to oversee the smooth running of a big brand technology retailer's digital operations.
The Digital Operations Manager is responsible for the stability and availability of all of our Digital platforms, (including the management of our partners and vendors), to ensure the best digital experiences for established, new and non-customers; both in the commercial and support domains.
The Digital Operations team also governs all processes and procedures which deliver change to those platforms, with a view to minimising incidents and operational risk while maintaining the agility required for us to be first to market and execute our long term strategic goals.
What we are looking for:
- Confident, assertive communicators who can drive incident resolution with 3rd party Operation and Maintenance Service Providers.
- ITIL certified, with a solid understanding of Service Management
- A solid understanding of web services or eCommerce platform support
