Digital Insight Specialist/Manager - Berkshire - Perm

We are looking for an experienced Digital Insight Specialist or Analyst to join our clients team in Berkshire.

You will be reporting to the Head of Digital Commerce and are responsible for identifying the future growth opportunities and commercial improvements on our web and app channels. As such it's essential you understand web analytics (Adobe Omniture).

You will also support agile scrum teams and ensure all parties are fully updated with the necessary tracking outcomes. You will demonstrate strong technical, but even better communication skills, coaching and support team members to improve analytical outcomes

• This will be a hands-on analysis role working within an Agile environment essentially supporting 5 Agile teams across multiple channels.
• Ultimately responsible for providing regular reporting to ensure teams have the right info to make informed commercial decisions.
• Must have Adobe Analytics, DTM would be useful but not essential.
• Excel, Foresee also useful.
• Role will be looking at Trading activity of our client.
• Any experience of conversion rate optimisation would be very useful as would a contract purchase background
