Exciting new opportunity for a passionate and creative Digital Content Writer with experience working in customer service and/or call or contact centres to join a leading mobile telecommunications company in Maidenhead.

As Digital Content Writer you would be in charge of:

• Creating customer support content for all multichannel platforms
• Applying project management principles and leading meetings, gathering requirements, and challenging a diverse group of stakeholders, with the goal of ensuring our content provides the best possible customer experience
• Applying a combination of data analysis, user research and content audits to make content decisions and drive continuous improvements
• Working within virtual teams adhering to Agile principles, and creating cross-functional content that improves the customer experience and the impression of the brand
• Ensuring content is in line with the brand's tone of voice and brand guidelines

Ideally you would have:

• A customer service / call or contact centre background
• Strong copywriting experience in a similar blue chip enterprise environment
• The ability to deliver end-to-end editorial projects, including structuring project milestones to deadlines and juggle complex requirements without missing details or deadlines
• The ability to explain complex ideas in simple language
• The ability to analyse project and identify tasks
• Exceptional writing skills
• A natural understanding and interest in user experience
