Digital Content Producer

This leading telecoms who are going through an exciting period of change are seeking an experienced Digital Content Producer to join them.

Sitting within the Knowledge Management Team, you will be writing support content for both external customers and the internal contact centre. You will also be taking on some front-end development

  • Producing digital content using a CMS or KMS (Knowledge Management System)
  • Experience of developing in HTML, Ajax, JavaScript/jQuery
  • Be able to create and maintain content
  • Experience of full project lifecycle in software projects
  • Attention to detail is essential
