This leading telecoms company are going through an exciting period of change and are seeking an experienced Digital Content and Partner Consultant to join their team in Berkshire.

Working with the Customer Life-cycle Management Consultant you will help to manage the delivery of partner offers through their Offers & Rewards platform with focus on content for the app. You will be writing offers, putting these out to customers, coordinating delivery ensuring milestones are met, the correct content is collected and the flow of offers runs seamlessly

• Experienced with delivering/coordinating content into a digital app ideally
• Working with external content partners & agencies
• Ability to shape a content strategy
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Previous experience of driving engagement and re-engagement of digital products
• Experience of working in a digital / app environment would be beneficial
• Looking for someone with enthusiasm, and passion for digital and driving customer engagement
