This leading telecoms company are going through an exciting period of change and are seeking an experienced Digital Content and Partner Consultant to join their team in Berkshire.

Working with the Customer Life-cycle Mangement Consultant you will help to support the drive of their Offers & Rewards platform with focus on content for the app. The main objective is to drive the acquisition, retention and monetisation in coalition with partners.

• Experienced with delivering content into a digital app ideally
• Working with external content partners & agencies
• Ability to shape a content strategy
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Previous experience of driving engagement and re-engagement of digital products
• Experience of working in a digital / app environment would be beneficial
• Looking for someone with enthusiasm, and passion for digital and driving customer engagement
