Development Manager - Mobile App - Contract - Berkshire

The role of Digital Development Manager (Mobile App) will provide you with an opportunity to lead, share and own the development change road-map within 'native apps'/ while working for a leading consumer brand on a major customer-facing mobile app.

You'll keep a close-eye on how web development is evolving and be able to talk with both business stakeholders and techie teams to translate requirements and business challenges to the developers and in turn translate the propsed solutions back to the business.

As a Digital Development Manager - Apps you'll be the main point of contact for 3rd party suppliers / dev teams.

In the role of Digital Development Manager you'll be involved in:

• Owning the dev change for native apps
• Documenting functional requirements
• Responsible for quality of change, including the testing activities
• Transitioning projects in to operations
• Maintaining stability of online assets

The role of Digital Development Manager will allow you to demonstrate and enhance expertise within:

• Knowledge of native apps (Android and iOS)
• Ability to balance business priorities and approach to development
• Ability to translate technical issues in to simple concepts
• Knowledge of iTunes Connect & Google Play
• Working knowledge of Java and / or Swift, Android Studio and XCode
