Desktop Team Leader (SC Cleared - Eligable to gain DV clearance)
The Desktop Team leader will work within the engineering support team and will report into the Desk Manager. The role will be responsible for all secure engineering implementation & incident volumes managed by the control centre ensuring compliance to strict Service Level Agreements (SLA's) across multiple accounts. The role will be based in Bracknell but will require occasional travel.
As Team Leader you will act as a point of escalation for the team, assisting the Desk Manager to brief, manage and communicate updates to senior management.
You will assist the Desk manager with the day-to-day delivery of the Incident Management functions & production of Daily & Monthly Reporting accurately.
You will also assist & proactively manage, promote and maintain all Incident Processes & Documentation, regardless of the account as well as assisting the Desk Team Manager to motivating the team of professionals.
- Previous team lead experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of all call management systems within the secure engineering space
- Experience within a service delivery environment with specific Incident Management experience
- Basic technical skill, knowledge and experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Due to the nature of the work you will already need to have SC security clearance and be eligible to obtain DV clearance.
