Desktop Support Engineer

Role: 1st Line 2nd line Support Engineer (Mac OS & Windows)

Hybrid: Home based, once day a week in London Kings Cross N1

Salary: £27k Up to £37k basic depending on experience + benefits

Our client is one of the UK's advanced digital technology innovation centres, they are now looking for a Support Engineer to provide both Mac and Windows 10 support.

The role is a permanent position or a fix term contract depending on your preference and ideally looking or someone to start immediately or before Christmas.

You will be working in dynamic IT team you will have the opportunity to work with Machine Learning. IoT and Virtual reality Technologies.

Playing a pivotal role you will be responsible for providing technical support to all the company from helping new starters with their on boarding to working on various IT projects.

The role will be required to support many of their remote and Hybrid workers so an understanding of Zero touch deployments with exposure to JAMF, autopilot and In- Tune would be beneficial to the role.
