Deskside Team Lead

Deskside Team Lead. Southampton. 3 months+

Deskside Team Lead required to work on a contract basis, you will need to be local to Southampton and have IT services or Public Sector experience having worked in deskside support roles and able to work as Team Lead. You will be required to assist in the management of the deskside team.

As well as working as Deskside support you will also be required to demonstrate experience around team and people management including:

• plan staffing schedules
• allocation of work to team members
• 1 to 1's on a monthly basis with team members and fully documented
• identify and discuss areas for improvement and potential risks.
