Office 365/O365 Migration Support - 3rd Line. Contract role. Shifts between 7am- 6pm. Windsor.
3rd level support engineer with Office365/o365, Windows10, Cloud/exchange experience. You will take end to end ownership of incidents and service requests and provide dedicated instant IT support to users within tight SLAs on a Migration project.
The successful 3rd Line support engineer will display;
- Recent migration project experience where you have provided support on the project.
- Cloud/exchange experience
- Understanding of SLAs
- Able to commute at all levels
