Job Description

Office 365/O365 Migration Support - 3rd Line. Contract role. Shifts between 7am- 6pm. Windsor.

3rd level support engineer with Office365/o365, Windows10, Cloud/exchange experience. You will take end to end ownership of incidents and service requests and provide dedicated instant IT support to users within tight SLAs on a Migration project.

The successful 3rd Line support engineer will display;

  • Recent migration project experience where you have provided support on the project.
  • Office365/o365
  • Windows10
  • Cloud/exchange experience
  • Understanding of SLAs
  • Able to commute at all levels
