Office 365/O365 Migration Support - 3rd Line. Contract role. Shifts between 7am- 6pm.
3rd level support engineer with Office365/o365, Windows10, Cloud/exchange experience. You will take end to end ownership of incidents and service requests and provide dedicated instant IT support to users within tight SLAs.
The successful 3rd Line support engineer will display;
- Cloud/exchange experience
- Understanding of SLAs
- Able to commute at all levels
