We need a highly analytical Demand Planner from a fast-paced Retail/FMCG/Telco/Fashion/Tech background (high value, short shelf-life).
Supply and Demand background - forecasting, trading etc.
Advanced Excel user
Oracle Retail or LIP (lifecycle Inventory Planning) would be a bonus but not essential
Excellent communication and engagement skills - you will be facing into Trading and tough stakeholders, so you will need to clearly articulate yourself and hold your own
This role reports to the Senior Manager Demand Planning and is part of the wider Channel Operations Team within the client's Customer Function.
This role will be the key Supply Chain interface into Trading process, working collaboratively with key internal and external partners to gain insight and create an accurate Demand Plan to support the company's Trading Plan.
As an integral member of the Supply Chain team you will be responsible for working across multiple departments and channels to understand all activity that impacts sales performance and use it to define our inbound Supply Plan
This role has no DRs, but will be the Senior Demand Planner dealing with the larger product launches and be the main interface into Trading.
