Delivery Assurance Manager/Permanent role

The Role:

MBNL are seeking a Delivery Assurance Manager. The Delivery Assurance Team are responsible for managing the fault status, PPM (Pulse-Position Modulation) status and RHOP QA and subsequent Nemesis Backfill through to operational readiness with the support of the Build Team.

What you can expect to be doing:

Work within small team directly managing PC and MSP Suppliers to deliver post build requirements across fault status, PPM status and RHOP QA into Operational care

Work with Build/Assurance/PC Managers/Suppliers to deliver to IDS process and standards

Manage the operational readiness with the Suppliers, MBNL and Shareholder teams

Assure the successful delivery of Rigging Handover Pack and PPM Acceptance to MBNL design and HSQA standards

Liaison with Shareholder teams to ensure that deployed solution is fully operational and passes TTO and PPM criteria

Highlight potential risks to operational readiness and mitigate as necessary

Management of changes to processes

Challenge the status quo, keep abreast of the external market, and use this to drive improvements, continuous improvements, and learning

Be a role model for the MBNL way

Challenge, coach and support managers and leaders to demonstrate the MBNL Way, ensuring that feedback becomes a regular occurrence

Recognising the importance of team dynamic and willingness to embrace a collaborative approach towards continuous improvement

What we are looking for:

Network Project Management experience

Good understanding of RAN processes and cross-functional dependencies

Ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders

Understanding of the numerous functional deliverables (Acquisition. TX, Deployment, Ops)

Good Microsoft excel skills
