Data / Reporting Analyst

Berkshire (18 Month Contract)

The Company:

A rapidly expanding Telecoms company, who operate from a newly refurbished office in the centre of Reading. They are currently seeking a Data / Reporting Analyst to join their Deployment function of the business, working withing an agile and fast paced environment. They offer a great working environment, flexibility to work remotely 1 or 2 days per week, as well as an excellent day rate for a long term contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the Deployment Order Manager on the day-to-day management of deployment data
• Data analysis and interrogation of data across various data systems and sources to ensure a high level of data accuracy
• Trend analysis, problem management from data analytics, and continuous service improvement plans. Propose and develop strategy plans and CSI initiatives
• Develop and provide Deployment reporting requirements including management dashboards
• Responsible for supporting the transformation and continuous improvement of the end to end methodologies, processes and capabilities required to manage deployment data

Experience Required:

• Must have experience in a similar role, gained within a corporate environment
• Strong analytical and data management background
• Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Any experience gained within finance or Telecoms would be an advantage
