DATA SECURITY OFFICER

I am recruiting for a Data Security Officer to work for our client, a leading mobile telecommuncaitions company based in Berkshire. This role reports to the IT Director and is a permanent position offering a very attractive base salary and package,

It will be working as part of a wider security team (Security PM, IT Security PM, IT Security Consultant), and interacting with all departments across the business e.g. IT, Deployment for Network Security issues/ESN Networks, Operations, Legal (Corporate Governance)…. Etc…

The succesful candidate be working with all levels within the business e.g. Hands-on end-users with individual jobs and technology, or Senior Management Team advising on Shareholder queries.

We are seeking an experience Security professions who can engage and evangelise the importance of Security initiatives. Able to gain buy-in and expand ISO27001 scope and/or CAS(T) compliance.

Background:

IT Technology environment from an ISO27001 accredited company.

Must have:

CISSP (or equivalent e.g. Masters in Information Security)

ITIL Foundation

CISM

CISA

This is the role for you if you have influenced different departments to address Security Risks and managed either an implementation of standards or an increase in scope for ISO27001.
