A leading Telecommunications company is looking for a Data Analyst/Systems Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a great company during an exciting period of change.
Reporting in to the Head of Channel Operations, you will be supporting 3 Incident and Operations Managers in identifying key performance issues from all the system data and offering general support in anything system related.
You will be supporting the contact centre channel with reporting and data analysis, primarily of the dialler system used in the call centres. An example of the the work you may be required to do is analysing successful calls and suggesting targeted call times and demographics.
You will be working with the Contact Centre Management Team to offer system support during a major product launch or seasonal campaign to ensure the business captures the data it requires to report on campaign success.
You will have the opportunity to support training on new processes for the Contact Centre Team inline with system requirements.
