Exciting new opportunity for a Data Analyst with Management Information (MI) and SQL or SAS experience to join a blue chip company in Maidenhead.

Sitting in a team of 8 you would be maintaining a single view of all change within the organisation and looking at how those changes impact the customer-facing multichannel teams. The role would also include partaking in post implementation reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysing key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifying possible impacts on the business
• Managing relationship with key stakeholders within customer team and acting as their business partner for Channel Impact assessments and Post Implementation Review
• Identifying shortcomings, then suggesting and implementing improvements to existing business practices, while developing and delivering projects
• Uncovering emerging issues and/or needs and identifying potential causes and related issues, key stakeholders and barriers
• Identifying and evaluating complex expertise led solutions against range of criteria to find that best meets business needs
