Customer Strategy Manager (B2C)
A leading consumer brand company based in Maidenhead are currently recruiting for a Customer Strategy Manager to join them on a permanent basis. We are looking for a consumer focused Strategy Manager from a disruptive or pioneering consumer brand company who can champion the voice of the customer and take ownership of strategic initiatives. This is an exciting time to join my client and help their brand disrupt the market!
As Strategy Manager you will focus on applying analytics (NPS) and quantify opportunities in order to further the customer experience agenda. This position needs someone who has proven strategic analytical skills, the ability to translate insight into action, passionate about championing the customers' perspective, able to deal with ambiguity, tenacious, and with strong leadership & influencing skills.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Skilled in NPS with a deep appreciation of its strengths & weaknesses
- Demonstrated proven experience in improvement of customer experience within a well known consumer brand company
- Have launched, adapted and managed customer experience and strategy
- Ability to use customer insight to drive strategy
- Strategic planning experience
- Comfortable working in a fast paced agile environment
- Commercial acumen
- Strong networking skills to lead cross-functional teams across multiple channels
