You will be the Champion of the Perspective of the Customer.
As a Customer Strategy Manager you will help the organisation develop their Customer Strategy by working on elements such as loyalty, insight, analytics and customer journey.
You will take ownership of strategic initiatives which are essential for the experience of the customer.
Championing the Voice of the Customer you will bring with you a clear idea of exactly what a great customer experience looks like and what needs to be done to achieve the vision.
